I'm Still Here

I'm still here, I promise. I just haven't felt like writing the past couple of days - which is not like me at all but that's the trend these days with me. I'm not really sure what is going on.

My pain levels have been so high these past couple of days. My doctor told me he would not prescribe me any medications, so I have resorted to looking for herbal muscle relaxers. I have tried five different ones so far and none have done a thing. My gramma found half of a Diazepam last night that I took before I went to bed. It did nothing... I feel like I am going to die. When I think the pain can't get any worse, it does. My whole body is almost to the point of being totally numb with pain.

So that is why I haven't felt like writing. I have been thinking about writing though. I have decided to do a couple posts on one topic. I was going to do just one simple post on it but as I was thinking and writing it out, I found that I want to make it a chain of posts. So I will do that. Hopefully I will post the first one by the end of this week.

Well, that is all for now. I am still reading all of your blog posts, I just may not be posting as often while I am in this much pain.

I hope it will subside soon...

  1. I hope your pain levels get better. I think in chains of posts as well. Sometimes I struggle with what order to post things.

  2. Can you ask your splits for some help with the pain? Is it the fibromyalgia? Can you use an analgesic rub (I use capsicum for my arthritis)?

I'm so sorry about your pain. Maybe you can buy morphine or opium on the street. No, no! I'm kidding!

Would exercise help? A massage? I just want you to feel better. So there. I have waved my magic wand and you are all better now. Wasn't that easy?

    Take care of yourself.

  3. Sunshine,
Thank you for your comment :)

    Lisa,
I do have splits that help with pain, but it is literally so bad that it is too much for them. It is more the TMJ pain and stomach pain. I'm allergic to most (if not all) the rubs they make so I don't know what to do about that.
And trust me, I have thought about finding some morphine! Or at least something good! My grandma found me one of her Diazepam's left from a surgery a while back. That helped a tiny bit but the pain is back and worse now.
My mom has been massaging me constantly and it just doesn't seem to help. I have taken so many pain killers today it just isn't good. I am so afraid one of my littles will come out and that would equal an overdose because they can't handle as much as me. So I've been freaking out all day...
Thanks for waving your magic wand. That made me smile :)
